There are two ticket types: one includes your roundtrip ferry transportation from Newport Beach operated by the Catalina Flyer, and one for island-only guests arriving on their own boat or yacht.

The official event ferry departs from Newport Beach.

Please arrive at least 60–90 minutes before departure to allow enough time for parking, check-in, and boarding.

The event ferry departs Newport Beach at 11:00 AM sharp.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold the ferry for any late arrivals. Tickets are non-refundable.

Absolutely. We welcome guests arriving by private boat or yacht. Island-only tickets are available for those not using the event ferry.

Yes. Parking is available near the ferry departure location, although parking rates may apply and parking will be extremely limited.

Good to know:

• Parking will be very limited around 10 AM.
• Uber or drop-off is highly recommended.
• Parking rates are around $30–$50 per 24 hours.

The official return ferry departs Two Harbors at 8:30 PM sharp and arrives back in Newport Beach by 10:00 PM.

Yes. You’re welcome to arrange your own accommodations on Catalina Island if you’d like to extend your stay.

Note: accommodations at Two Harbors are extremely limited.

Check-in for the ferry will be located at 400 Main St, Newport Beach, CA 92661, United States.

Check-in is located near the event entrance at Harbor Sands Beach Club. You will see the check-in table as soon as you walk off the pier.

You can check in and pick up your wristband for the ferry as early as 9:30 AM.

You can check in and pick up your wristband in front of Harbor Sands Beach Club starting at 12:00 PM.

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

Yes. All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

If your ticket has not been checked in and your name can be updated before the event, transfers may be done through the POSH app.

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds.

If the event has not sold out, a limited number of island-only tickets may be available. We highly recommend purchasing in advance. Ferry tickets are completely sold out.

Expect an authentic European-inspired beach club soundtrack featuring house music, Latin house, disco, deep house, and uplifting daytime vibes.

Our lineup features a mix of local and internationally recognized artists featuring Milan Torne, Stephanie Loayza, DJ Monico, and many more — as well as special live performances by live drummer Zavala and live saxophone player Shashaty.

Doors open at 12:00 PM.

The music concludes at 8:00 PM.

Yes. Re-entry is permitted with valid wristbands.

Yes. Beach seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. A very limited number of VIP tables and cabanas remain available. Reserve yours before it’s too late.

Yes. Premium cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, seltzers, soda, and water will be available.

No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Tropical Beach Club Chic. Think European summer, linens, swimwear, stylish beach attire, and comfortable footwear for walking on sand. Keep it light — it will be hot and sunny. And don’t forget to take a dip in the ocean!

Yes, we recommend bringing a towel if you’d like to relax on the beach.

There are public restroom facilities, but dedicated changing rooms are limited.

The event takes place entirely on the sand, so sandals or barefoot are both common choices.

Yes. Permanent restroom facilities are available directly outside the venue entrance. Porta potties will also be available for easy access inside the event space.

Yes, although service may be slower during busy weekends.

Public Wi-Fi is limited. We recommend planning for limited connectivity.

Yes. Shaded areas are available throughout the venue. Expect a beautifully decorated chill area behind the cabins around our picnic table area.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.

Please use the Two Harbors mooring facilities and harbor services.

The entire event takes place on the sand, which may make accessibility challenging.

Beach wheelchairs are not available at Two Harbors, but you are more than welcome to bring one on the ferry. Our staff will be more than happy to accommodate you however we can.

Guests wishing to stay overnight can book accommodations in Avalon or Two Harbors, subject to availability.

The official event ferry returns to Newport Beach. Guests staying overnight should make separate transportation arrangements. The last Cyclone ride to Avalon departs from Two Harbors at 7:30 PM.

Expect warm Southern California summer weather.

Temperatures typically cool after sunset, so bringing a light jacket is recommended for the ferry ride back.

Definitely. Shade is limited, and you’ll be outdoors most of the day.

Yes, only cards are accepted throughout the venue.

Yes. Professional security and medical personnel will be on site.

Yes. Professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the event.
